Patti LaBelle Botching Her Tina Turner Tribute
Starting off with a moment that picked up tons of steam online, we have Patti LaBelle admitting that she didn’t know the lyrics to the song she performed for the Tina Turner tribute.
The moment sparked a plethora of Twitter reactions, as viewers were left in awe and disbelief as Patti declared, “I can’t see the words.”
Despite the snafu, Patti acknowledged the significance of the tribute during a sit-down with Entertainment Tonight.
After the performance, LaBelle declared, “I was giving it up for Tina Turner ’cause she’s simply the best… I love her, and I did my best.”

JT & Lil Uzi Vert Gettin' Into Phone-Throwing Drama
As The Shade Room previously reported, another situation emerged involving City Girls rapper JT and Lil Uzi Vert — and possibly even Ice Spice!
According to footage that made rounds online, JT was apparently hurling insults — along with a cell phone — at Lil Uzi.
After the footage began circulating, fans began chiming in online. Notably, many people speculated that the drama was over Lil Uzi making an Ice Spice reference onstage before posing with her for a photo.
However, TMZ reports that JT’s team denies that the altercation involved Ice Spice. Instead, the matter was allegedly over JT losing her seat.

Chief Keef Gracing The BET Stage For First Time In Nearly 10 Years
Chief Keef performing at the BET Awards is also worth acknowledging, as he spoke on actually getting BANNED from the network back in the day.
The Chicago rap star cited his failure to appear on 106 & Park as the root of the issue, though it looks like the matter’s water under the bridge at this point.
Sosa is BACK in the building, y’all!

Migos rappers Offset and Quavo, who have had drama in the past, notably reunited in the name of paying tribute to their fallen groupmate, Takeoff.
