Latto Got Candid Alongside Her Sister Brooklyn Nikole
Latto recently kicked off her own radio show at Apple Music 1, entitled ‘777 Radio.’ For the latest episode, the rapper sat down with her sister Brooklyn Nikole as her guest.
During their conversation, Latto shared that she “got a little work done” on her body.
Nikole replied.
“A lot of people don’t even know that because you just look so good.”
Latto added her thoughts.
“Because a bitch be looking natural. Because — this one thing about it — if you going to do it, do it right. I’m going to do it right. I did it right…”
Latto explained that despite her having “little tweaky tweaks” done on her body, she remains adamant about her sister not undergoing any cosmetic procedures on hers.
“For a girl who have little tweaky tweaks, I be on your case about not touching nothing.”
Nikole agreed with her sister, explaining many people would think that Latto advocates for her to undergo plastic surgery, but Latto does the opposite.
“You be telling me, ‘Don’t touch your body! Don’t touch your face!”

The Clayton County Native Shared A Message For Her Female Listeners
Latto then shared a message for all the girls and women tuning in to her radio show.
“I’m telling you. I’m telling you to all the young girls listening, all the women listening right now. I’m telling you from someone who’s been there, done it — find peace within your natural state. Because you’re going to find a flaw and another flaw and another flaw and another flaw. Surgery, any of that stuff is not a permanent fix.”
The rapper went on to explain that she and her peers who have undergone plastic surgery still “edit” their pictures and have “debacles in the mirror.”
Despite her warning, the rapper explained that she ultimately wants individuals to do what they are most “comfortable with.”
“I’m a very much advocate for women in general. Surgery, natural, whatever. However you want to play it, just make sure that’s what you comfortable with, but I just think surgery is so popular now…”
Latto seemingly explained that her “constantly” being in the “limelight” contributed to her desire to undergo plastic surgery. Additionally, she explained that she rose to fame at the age of 19, which is a very impressionable age.
“This is coming from somebody who had all that stuff, I’m telling y’all, love yourself how you is — first. If you want to tweaky tweak, go for it. But make sure it’s for you…”
Additionally, she added that despite the popularity of cosmetic surgery, she doesn’t want to see her sister or others become “gullible” to the “social media trap.”
“That’s the most thing I be trying to remind you of. Don’t be so gullible for the social media traps and whatever, because you never going to be good enough for the outsider’s eye.”

Latto Previously Caught Her From Coi-Leray Regarding Body-Shaming
As The Shade Room previously reported, Latto most recently gave a shout-out to fellow rapper Coi Leray at Coachella.
“Smokin’ on that gas, blunt big as Coi Leray… Aye, Coi, by the way, I love yo body, baby.”
Latto’s public shout-out arrived after Leray believed Latto was dissing her in the lyrics above.
“It was the diss record with my name on it that confused me. Much love to Latto! Appreciate the compliment.”
Roommates, what do you think of Latto’s comments regarding cosmetic surgery?
