From her bouts with Blueface to her viral concert appearances and legal woes, Chrisean Rock and her time in the spotlight — and making headlines — can undoubtedly outshine other aspects of the 23-year-old.
The Shade Room is now diving in and sharing facts about the star you probably didn’t know.
During a 2022 interview with Say Cheese TV, Rock opened up about growing up in Baltimore, Maryland. At the time, she spoke about growing up in a household with her eleven siblings.
“My mother, she had housing, but before she had housing, we lived in this one-bedroom apartment. It was all like eleven of us — well, it was 12 of us, but she was pregnant with my little brother. But yeah, we was thugging it out in our one-bedroom apartment at one point,” she explained.
As far as her relationship with her siblings, Rock explained that her older siblings “always looked out” for the younger ones. So much so, she says, she and the younger children viewed their older siblings as parental figures.
“We looked at our older siblings like they were our parents rather than like regular siblings,” she said.
Additionally, Rock explained that growing up with such a large trible never left a dull moment.
“It was fun. Nothing was ever boring,” she explained. “I feel like the roughest time, the lowest time were the best times, for real. Where love was… as soon everything did change, and things got better… things wasn’t better… But when we were at our lowest, we had each other.”
According to Blavity, Rock initially grew up with athletic aspirations. She reportedly trained for the Junior Olympics between the ages of 12 and 17 and was a MAJOR track star.

In 2020, Rock would also put her legs to WERK while appearing on Fox’s 2020 obstacle course competition series, ‘Ultimate Tag.’
Additionally, the rapper would win after “bringing the speed and whole ‘lot of attitude.”
