As you may know, Birdman and Lil Wayne are not on good terms at all. Wayne expressed his anger via Twitter that Birdman and Cash Money refused to release his album and were limiting his creativity. Birdman responded by attributing the wait to administrative work behind the scenes. You can catch up here.
Well, Lil Wayne has finally released his mixtape Sorry 4 The Wait and the reviews are very good! Definitely some bangers that you have to listen to and everyone is talking about the “Drunk In Love” Remix ft. Christina Milian. You already know he’s dissing Birdman all up and through that mixtape! He did not hold back at all!
Here are some lyrics from his Birdman Diss (remake) “CoCo” :
“Who kept this shit together? N—-, me, that’s who
Who was there when N—– left? N—–, me, that’s who
Cash Money is an army, I’m a one man army
And if them n—– comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony
Now I don’t want no problems, I just want my money
Ain’t gotta hold no conversation or my luggage
Tell whoever’s countin’ that I’m on a hundred
Birdman Jr., more like Ugly Duckling”
And in the second verse:
“No longer am I my brother’s keeper, Cain and Abel”
Yea he went there!
Another song that we loved was “Used To Be” Ft. Drake.
Check out a few lyrics below:
(Drake Verse) :
“Yea, when you get to where I’m at
You gotta remind ’em where the f— you at
Every time they talkin’ it’s behind your back
Gotta learn to line ’em up and then attack!”
Other songs that are getting buzz include : Fingers Hurting, Drunk In Love Remix, and more!
