Lil Durk is not over his ex-fiancée India Royale. The rapper took to social media over the weekend to express his love after India confirmed that she’s single.
Durk’s love rant came after the influencer responded, “I’m very much single, been, been,” to a Twitter user. The user, @pradaabtcs, initially wrote, “it was never confirmed that they broke up or even still together.”
After the tweet started circulating, the rapper responded with a few comments. He wrote, “who cares get wealthy” and “stop putting my name with hers that was years ago” in screenshots captured by The Shade Room.

And despite asking for name separation, the rapper changed his tune shortly afterward in several Instagram Story posts about India. He started by asserting that he would “look crazy” and then defended India’s mentality and pockets.
“She not dumb or justot her money on her own, even after I went broke she help me,” Durk wrote.
Then, he seemingly took accountability for their failed relationship–putting only a “small” part of the blame on Royale.
“It’s f****d ip on my end not hers. I f****d up she played a small part. She really a good girls who live life ima good guy, good husband cause I just over talked, never listen to her pain back when she was back pregnant Willow in the belly aka Fat Ma.”
As previously reported, Durk proposed to India in December 2021 while headlining WGCI’s Big Jam concert. Afterward, the moment situated their relationship as “couple goals” on social media.
But less than a year after the proposal, cheating rumors began to surface—including unconfirmed reports that the rapper had a seven-year-old child with a woman named Travonna. Durk and India have never publicly acknowledged Travonna’s claims.
In September, India revealed to her Twitter followers that she was “a free agent” and seemingly unfollowed the rapper on the’ gram. Soon after, Durk apparently addressed the break-up talks on his Instagram Story. He wrote, “that [cat emoticon] mines 4ever welcome to death row b***h.” India seemingly responded by posting a cap emotion on her Instagram Story.
Durk’s latest plea for India’s love comes less than a month after he showed her public praise on Valentine’s Day. He claimed she was a “wonderful woman that made [him] a man” and said he loved her. After the post made its internet rounds, India seemingly rejected it via indirect tweets. At the time, she partially wrote, “people really do not respect boundaries at all.”
Rapper Hopes For Reconciliation With India Royale, Pledges To Do Better
As Durk’s weekend love rant continued, he revealed a desire to get back together and asked people not to judge her.
“So I ain’t perfect, but I’m for you, and I love you, and I’m all ears whenever we get back in a relationship. You saved my life with you and Willow and big sky, outside all my kids you was there,” the rapper wrote.
Durk added:
“This real sh*t don’t attack her. She definitely the best in the world trust me I ain’t do her wrong I just be keeping her from the world. I love you having fun and we ain’t fighting. I said not fight and I started one but I miss you that’s all. We ain’t no jokes we really that we can get the bag bag together without doing the most or copy cat what they did.”
He also wished India a happy belated birthday–which Royale celebrated with a friend’s trip to Bail.

India Royale Seemingly Defends Durk While Exchanging Subliminals With YoungBoy
Meanwhile, on Monday (March 14), India threw a few subliminals at someone she described as a “dent head.” It’s unclear what sparked the series of tweets, but she came to Lil Durk’s defense within those.
“That’s still my BD. Ion play about him. Y’all can chill. Fr,” Royale tweeted.
Shortly after her tweets went live, a Twitter account allegedly belonging to YoungBoy reacted with a screenshot of his song DentHead and the words, “know 1 thing you ain’t gone muthaf***ing play with me.” India later tweeted, “playing.”
