With plenty of stars welcoming babies later in life, Larsa Pippen is dishing on the prospect of potentially having a child with Marcus Jordan!
The matter came up during a recent installment of Separation Anxiety with Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan.
About thirteen-and-a-half minutes into the podcast episode, Larsa promptly inquired, “Do we ever discuss having kids?”
In turn, Marcus said there have “been conversations around it” before the Real Housewives of Miami OG added, “I feel like other people ask. We don’t really ask.”
Marcus confirmed, adding that their friends will sometimes bring the subject up.
“I feel like when we go and meet people… It gets brought up. But I don’t feel like we’ve ever had a one-on-one, private conversation about having children. Not a serious one, at least.”
Larsa Pippen, 48, then noted that only “time will tell,” which her 32-year-old beau confirmed, as they’re still just under the one-year mark of their relationship.
As the conversation continued, Larsa — who shares three sons and one daughter with Scottie Pippen — noted that she feels “really fulfilled,” so the child question would “basically” just be for Marcus.
“I feel like I’m happy, because I have four kids, and I feel like you don’t have kids, so basically it’d be a question for you. Because I’m really fulfilled with my four children.”
Marcus then shared that having a baby “was always so far out of [his] mind frame”—especially since he’s “nurtured” his sneaker store, Trophy Room, “as [his] child.
“I always wanted to establish my own name outside of being Michael Jordan’s son. So for me, Trophy Room gave me that opportunity as my business. So I’ve always nurtured it and treated it as my child… It’s occupied all of my time and energy. Having a child was always so far out of my mind frame.”
However, he admitted that he’s been having “thoughts” about the matter lately.
In turn, Larsa Pippin said, “Time is ticking and clicking.” She also confirmed, “I have four kids, and I love being a mom, and I feel like I would be open to having one more child.”
Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan publicly discussed the prospect of having a child together as the Kardashian family — who she was famously close to before falling out and later making up again — is gearing up to welcome another baby.
Specifically, Kourtney Kardashian recently broke the internet after announcing that she’s expecting a child with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
The announcement came during a concert at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on Friday night. Notably, Kourtney announced the matter by holding a sign reading, “Travis I’m Pregnant.” Blink-182 fans will know this referenced a scene in the “All the Small Things” music video.
