Last year Kylie and Kendall Jenner received a great amount of backlash after they released a line of vintage t-shirts under their Kendall + Kylie line.
The t-shirts featured images of iconic musical acts such as Tupac Shakur, Biggie, Pink Floyd, The Doors, and Metallica.
Shortly after the t-shirts released, the photographer behind the Tupac photos, wasted no time filing a lawsuit.
According to TMZ, that lawsuit has now been dismissed, and a settlement has been reached.
In documents obtained by the site, the photographer, Michael Miller, agreed to drop the lawsuit. Both parties have agreed to pay their own legal fees, however, it’s unclear if any money was paid for damages.
The t-shirts were quickly pulled from the website following the lawsuit. Sources close to the Jenner’s clothing company said that they weren’t printing the shirts themselves, but were licensing the images to a third party company.
Kylie and Kendall also received a lawsuit for their use of Biggie’s image as well, and that lawsuit is still ongoing.
