On Wednesday (January 24), both ladies were in attendance for the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture Show. The I-D Magazine TikTok account caught the moment when Woods was seemingly ushered to her seat.
The model, wearing a floral mesh dress, seemingly smiled and waved at Jenner as she walked by. Kylie was seated next to actress Kelly Rutherford and enthusiastically returned Jordyn’s smile and wave.

According to Page Six, Woods and Jenner were both wearing dresses designed by Simone Rocha, who’d been hired as the company’s guest designer for the show.
TikTok Reacts To The Brief Encounter
The run-in seemed to show that the two remain on good terms. It wasn’t long before fans started sounding off in the comment section of the TikTok post.
One person named @xoxo.hayu wrote, “Kylie loves her idc what all [sic] say.”
Another TikTok user, @plb___xx commented, “Awww they must miss each other because they were sooooo close. Friends break up are the worst I don’t care why.”
A third social media account echoed similar words, adding, “As someone who as gone through something similar… it’s always love at the end of the day. That wave wasn’t for yall it was for them.”
On the other hand, some people weren’t pleased about Jenner and Woods’ brief encounter.
“I love Kylie but I would never stay friends with someone who had affair with my sisters husband . They should’ve remove both Tristan and this girl out,” the user @kanyewestlover911 added.

What Led To Kylie Jenner And Jordyn’s Public Distance
In 2019, the pair publicly fell out over allegations that Woods had hooked up with Tristan Thompson.
At the time, the NBA star was fully engaged in a relationship with Khloé Kardashian, who expressed outrage over the scandal.
Woods would later tell her side of the story on Facebook Watch’s ‘Red Table Talk.’ She asserted that Thompson made a move on her as she left a house party in Los Angeles.
“But, on the way out [of Tristan’s house] he did kiss me. No passion, no nothing,” she told host Jada Pinkett-Smith, per Newsweek.
“On the way out he just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. No tongue kiss, no making out. Nothing. I don’t think he’s wrong either, because I allowed myself to be in this position.”
Woods said that while she immediately told Jenner and Kardashian that she was at Thompson’s house for a party, she left out details of the kiss.
“I was honest about being there, but I wasn’t honest about the actions that had taken place.”

Kylie Previously Revealed They Never Stopped Speaking
Initially, fans believed that the Kardashians had completely shunned Woods after the Tristan fiasco.
The public narrative that followed the scandal painted a picture of a friendship ending. But the reality was somewhat different.
During an interview with Interview magazine in November 2023, Kylie confessed that she never cut Woods out of her life. They were still hanging out behind closed doors. However, they decided to keep their restored friendship out of the spotlight.
“Jordyn and I, we always stayed in touch throughout the years, and we would meet up at my house and catch up and just talk through everything,” Jenner said.
“One day, naturally, we were like, we want to get sushi and we don’t want to hide anymore. There’s a learning lesson in everything, and I think that in a weird way, everything happens how it’s supposed to happen.”
The outing Jenner refers to occurred in July 2023, when photos emerged of the pair together in Los Angeles.
The photos surprised fans, considering how things unfolded with the Thompson scandal. But despite the circumstances, Jenner saw this experience as a necessary part of their individual growth.
“We were so attached at the hip that we needed space to grow into the people that we were supposed to be,” she continued.
