Less than two months after reconciling, retired NFL athlete Kroy Biermann is reportedly filing to divorce Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak as they approach 12 years of marriage.

Kroy Biermann Allegedly Wants Alimony & Child Support
According to TMZ, Kroy filed the paperwork on Thursday (Aug. 24) and noted that the union is “irretrievably broken.”
He’s reportedly requesting full legal custody of their four minor children. Additionally, Kroy is allegedly asking for alimony, child support, and sole use of their marital home.
This development comes two and a half months ahead of Kim and Kroy celebrating 12 years of marriage, as they tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2011.
We should add that a separate report from TMZ alleges that the new filing was preceded by some “nasty” spats.
Kim & Kroy Have Had A Wild Ride Over The Past Few Months
As The Shade Room previously reported, word broke that Kim filed to divorce Kroy earlier this year.
TMZ broke the story in early May, and the paperwork reportedly listed Apr. 30 as their date of separation. The divorce news was accompanied by damaging accusations from both sides, including claims of abuse and gambling addiction.
Following the development, Kim took to social media to tease her cameo appearance on RHOA alongside most of her fellow OGs. Specifically, she, Lisa Wu, and DeShawn Snow linked up with Shereé Whitfield for dinner, and Kim Zolciak was sure to speak on her marriage by noting, “We’re doing great.”
While Kim and Kroy eventually called off their split, Kenya Moore took the opportunity to slam Zolciak for lying through “her plastic teeth.” Oop!
Now, however, it looks like the divorce proceedings are back on.
