Krispy Kreme Giving Away Free Doughnuts To Healthcare Workers

Things may be pretty stressful these days, but many companies are doing what they can to give back to those who are making sacrifices for the well-being of all of us. Krispy Kreme recently announced that it plans to give away free doughnuts to all healthcare workers—as they continue to sacrifice their own health to make sure that Americans are being tested and treated for the coronavirus.

@CBS46 reports, Krispy Kreme just announced a sweet new deal for all healthcare workers throughout the country. Beginning March 30th (and every Monday) all healthcare workers will be able to receive free doughnuts until May 11th. To get a free Original Glazed dozen from Krispy Kreme, healthcare workers can go to a local drive-thru and simply show their employee badge.

The popular company says that it’s the least that can be done to show the continued appreciation for all the men and women who are currently on the front lines serving Americans during the coronavirus pandemic.

Krispy Kreme said this about the new promotional in a statement:

“Like everyone in these times, we’re anxious. We’re concerned. We’re also all in this together. Thank you, healthcare workers and everyone supporting them, including our Krispy Kremers, who make a personal commitment every day to share joy.”

However that’s not all, as customers who are not healthcare workers also have new deal to look forward to. Starting March 28th and running on every Saturday, Krispy Kreme will add a free Original Glazed dozen to every order that includes a full-priced dozen.

Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
