If you followed last season of #LHHATL, then you know that Boss Chick #Rasheeda’s husband #KirkFrost has been in an ongoing legal battle with his apparent side piece Jasmine Washington better known as #JasmineBleu.
Washington has always claimed Frost to be the father of her son Kannon Mekhi Washington, so she filed a lawsuit against him back in January to make him submit to a paternity test and pay her child support. In the lawsuit, she cited that the married father of five seduced her and gifted her a car and allowance during their tryst, but after the baby was born, Washington claims that Frost abandoned them and cut her off financially.
The case has been stalled for quite some time which is why Georgia family court Judge Debra Turner reportedly decided to throw out the case. According to @Bossip, Washington nor her attorney have been able to locate Frost to have him served! They planned to get a warrant in order to force him to accept the court documents as they believe that he is Kannon’s father.
“If any man knows it’s not his kid, he’s going to be the first one to take the test,” the lawyer told BOSSIP earlier this year. “He’s been running around for the last six months!”
Yikes!!
