Kim Kardashian is always open and honest about how challenging it can be to gather all of her kids together for a picture-perfect family photo—and this Halloween was no exception. Dressed adorably as The Flintstones, Kim posted the family photo with a caption explaining why cute Chicago West had to be photoshopped in because of daddy Kanye’s costume.
If you have kids you know that hoping to get a family picture where everyone is happy, smiling and looking at the camera can be next to impossible. However, most parents probably don’t have to photoshop their children in because they are totally terrified of a Halloween costume. Kim Kardashian found herself in the middle of such a dilemma when her youngest daughter Chicago didn’t understand that her daddy Kanye West was inside the Dino costume to go along with the family’s Flintstones theme.
In the photo posted to Instagram, Kim captioned exactly what happened:
“This family pic was such a challenge because Chicago was so scared of Dino! LOL We tried to explain and show her that it was just daddy but she didn’t get the concept yet! So shout out to the photographer for editing her in & making our family Flintstones dreams come true!”
Luckily, the photo still came out beautifully even though it was a bit of a struggle. Kim was dressed as Betty Rubble in a black wig and blue dress, Saint West was Fred Flintstone, fashionista North West was Wilma Flintstone and baby Psalm was Bamm-Bamm Rubble. Kanye of course, was the family pet Dino in full costume.
Kim had an overall epic Halloween this year, as earlier in the day she had the Internet shook when she dressed as Elle Woods from “Legally Blonde,” she even recreated a scene from the film.
