Both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are exploring new relationships since deciding to end their nearly decade-long marriage. And while Kanye has been pretty vocal about Kim’s new man, she hasn’t said much about the women he’s been dating until she recently sat down with Amanda Hirsch.
Kim was the latest guest star on Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, where she opened up about her new show, her new relationship, and her pending divorce. When asked about Ye’s recent dating history–which includes women who seemingly resemble her–, Kimmy Cakes said she is unbothered by the “look-a-like vibes” and wants him to be happy.
“No, I mean, I just want him to be happy. And like, she seems like the sweetest. Whatever makes you happy, I don’t care what it is. I just think that it’ll reflect in your life, in your work, everything. As long as he’s happy I genuinely just want that, truly.”
Since Kanye publicly appeared with his new girlfriend, Chaney Jones, folks online have been comparing her physical looks and style to Kim’s. Many people have also pointed out that her wardrobe has taken on the same muted color palette as Ye’s.
Despite their separation, Kim mentioned that Kanye will always be part of her family, and she hopes that they will be able to rekindle the friendship they built over the last 10 years.
“We have so much love for each other, we really do. And like, we’re always family. We’re always gonna have so much love and we love our kids. We both love the time we spent together. I think we’ll always have that and always cherish that. Sometimes it doesn’t work out for whatever reasons but no matter what, I always just think of the positive times.”
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce is still pending, and they have been working to create a healthy co-parenting relationship for the sake of their four children. Kanye recently blasted Kim on Instagram, alleging she was keeping the children from him, but they were spotted out at Saint’s soccer game together just weeks after.
