Khloé Kardashian is spilling the tea while speaking on Ozempic and opening up about her weight loss journey.
According to Eating Well, Kardashian opened up about her weight loss on a recently released episode of ‘The Kardashians.’ The 40-year-old reportedly addressed the drug’s popularity while revealing if she would’ve given it a try.
“When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would’ve tried it,” she stated per the outlet.
Kardashian reportedly went on to explain that she’s “tried any fad weight loss trend.” However, she’s seemingly learned that there’s only one “real thing that actually works.”
“I tried any fad weight loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works, and that’s a lifestyle change,” she reportedly explained.
According to the outlet, Kardashian has maintained that she’s never used Ozempic. Instead, she’s reportedly opted for “maintaining a healthy relationship with food.” Additionally, Kardashian reportedly wants to “encourage healthiness” and remind others that it’s “not about the number on a scale.”
“I don’t really care what your size is. You should just be healthy and stronger for yourself,” the 40-year-old stated, per PEOPLE.
According to the outlet, Kardashian explained that working out keeps her happy.
“Working out is something that makes me happy, “and to do something that is this authentic to me, something that I genuinely love, makes my heart so happy,” Kardashian reportedly shared.
Meanwhile, as Kardashian spills the tea on her fitness, rapper O.T. Genasis has opened up about his co-parenting relationship with her best friend, Malika Haqq. The pair share a four-year-old son named Ace.
In an interview published with Us Weekly on Friday, July 19, O.T. explained that his relationship with Haqq and the mother of his oldest son, Genasis, is “amazing.”
“Both of my kids’ mothers are amazing. They’re great mothers,” he explained. “Obviously, you’re going to have your differences, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
