Key Glock Opens Up About Young Dolph’s Passing In New Interview

We are about to reach the five-month mark since the unfortunate passing of Young Dolph. In his absence, his family, friends, and fans have been keeping his legacy alive. During a recent interview, Key Glock, who was not only Young Dolph’s artist but also his cousin, opened up about his passing for the first time during an interview.

Key Glock sat down with Speedy Morman for Complex and talked about the deluxe release of his Yellow Tape 2 project, his growth as an artist, and much more. During the interview, they got into Young Dolph’s passing, and for the first time in an interview Glock opened up about how he is feeling, and where he was when he heard the news about Dolph being fatally shot.

When asked how he is currently feeling, Glock said, “I’m content, I’m aight.” He further explained, “I’m maintaining. I’m not getting better, I’m not getting worse, I’m just here right now.”

When asked where was he when he heard about Dolph being shot, he said he was at home laying down when he heard the news. “You know how you could hear when someone call your name, like the tone of their voice, you know something wrong, you just don’t know what it is,” he said.

As you all know, Young Dolph was unfortunately shot and killed last November at the age of 36 while in his hometown Memphis, TN.

Back in January, there were three suspects in custody for Dolph’s murder. The following month, police announced two additional persons of interest in the case.
