Roomies, what about last night’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta showing Kenya Moore’s marriage drama? Bravo gave us a very in-depth look at Marc Daly and Kenya’s relationship and it was indeed hard to watch.
Marc hosted a Black Man’s Lab event, which was a fundraiser towards helping young Black men. During the night, thangs got a little tense between the married couple.
Chile, did you hear when Kenya’s ‘husband’ had the nerve to say he didn’t like being married?
After being asked if he was enjoying the marriage journey, assuming he forgot he was mic’d, the business owner stated, “No, I hate it. Everybody knows I hate it.”
In what appears to be a response to last night’s episode and Black Twitter insisting this is somehow payback, the 49-year old mother posted a photo with their daughter, Brooklyn. It was captioned, “This is my karma.”
While Kenya was making her post, Mr. Marc Daly was making a post of his own. To be clear, he was apologizing to everyone who participated in the fundraising event for the drama, but he did not mention Kenya or his marriage, just like he failed to do at his fundraising event.
He wrote:
“As a person of color, it is of paramount importance for me to showcase the positive aspects of my people, hence the reason for my involvement in the Black Man’s Lab experience. Unfortunately, my genuine attempt at doing something positive was compromised by my personal situation. For that, I sincerely apologize and take sole responsibility. I want to thank all those involved with the Black Man’s Lab for their support after the event.
I would like to end by saying, I have full admiration for the organization and am always available to engage and contribute to its efforts.
Best wishes,
Marc Daly”
Then, how bout Kenya dropped “Daly” from her IG name, after seeing the initial clip, last week?
The two met and married in 2017 and had their baby girl in 2018. Now, the two are currently in the middle of a divorce.
Roomies, how y’awl feel about this relationship?
