Longtime Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore didn’t hold back while accusing producers of giving Marlo Hampton a favorable edit, and she’s also speaking out about her “main storyline” being all but entirely axed from the show.

Kenya Moore Started Calling Out Producers’ Decisions On Twitter
Kenya Moore got the conversation rollin’ on Twitter following the latest episode of RHOA on Sunday evening (Aug. 20).
As the next episode marks the season finale, one user shared an image of various cast members — along with alums Cynthia Bailey and Claudia Jordan — attending the opening of the Kenya Moore Hair Spa and declared, “I’m ready to see the Kenya Moore Hair Spa next week!!!”
Ms. Moore quote tweeted the user and said that she thinks it was actually “edited out” despite “being [her] main storyline.”
I think it was edited out #RHOA despite having the entire cast there except one and Miss @CynthiaBailey10 and @claudiajordan and it being my main storyline 🤨 https://t.co/YWbit4hkpz

Kenya also retweeted various people who questioned production’s decisions. Some of the commentary honed in on how, while many of Kenya’s scenes are cut, we get to see Marlo Hampton date and be charitable through her “Foster Care Fridays” event.
Now, I find it very interesting how we’ve managed to see MARLO go on dates, MARLO-centered drama, and now MARLO and her charity event/business, but somehow we didn’t get this overall life view for the OTHER girls too. What’s up with that, production? #RHOA 🍑 pic.twitter.com/GLKdIh29mK

Like why aren’t we seeing Kenya build her Salon or go in dates with Roi or shopping with Brooklyn. She deserves more than showing her in conflict all the time. #RHOA

This foster care event just came up out of the blue. No build-up. No mentioning. This is why I keep saying PRODUCTION is the issue with #RHOA. They don't know how to tell a story. @BravoTV pic.twitter.com/IEKKOgNgMF

These few episodes with less @KenyaMoore scenes have been boring. The flop crew of convict , joggers and YZMA can’t carry nothing and are not on Kenya’s level as a housewife!! #RHOA

Carlos King Asks About Marlo Hampton, Kenya Says She “Reeks” Of “Desperation”
While Kenya and some fans got things poppin’ on Twitter, the conversation carried over into the second part of her sit-down with Carlos King on Reality with The King, which premiered on Tuesday morning (Aug. 22).
After spending some time speaking on her issue with Phaedra Parks and giving Porsha Williams her flowers, she honed in on the current state of RHOA.
Carlos King straightforwardly asked Kenya Moore, “Did Marlo Hampton single-handedly ruin the past two seasons?” He was also sure to declare, “This is the worst season I have ever seen in my life.”
In turn, Kenya unapologetically agreed and detailed a realization she had during last season’s reunion.
“After I sat through that dreadful reunion last year, I was like, ‘Oh, this is what they’re doing? This is what they’re doing.’ Literally justifying or trying to help why someone has a peach but didn’t deserve it.”
She went on to call Marlo’s full-time incorporation “a horrible mistake” before saying that she “reeks” of “desperation.”
“Marlo is the quintessential example of why you do not make a friend of the show a Housewife. … I feel like the desperation from her reeks. Because she needs that peach. I think the power is when you don’t need it.”
After accusing people of coming together to “figure out a storyline” for Marlo, Kenya said, “So many comments are like, ‘Who is she bl*wing on production? What is happening?'” Oop!
Kenya Says Production’s Protecting Marlo While Her Own Storylines End Up On The Cutting Room Floor
Carlos King continued the conversation by inquiring, “Is Marlo being favored or protected?” Of course, the Miss USA titleholder made her opinion loud and clear.
“Absolutely. And that is what has taken the wind out of me this season in part. Because I’m like, ‘No matter what I do, I was never protected. And that makes me f**king angry as a Housewife.”
Elaborating on her feelings, Kenya Moore accused production of letting her face the fire with “no protection.”
“I was never protected. I was always the one that everybody came for [and] production was like, ‘We don’t GAF.’ And I got all the smoke, and I got no protection.”
However, she was sure to acknowledge that her issue isn’t even about Marlo, as it’s more centered on production allegedly not treating people the same.
“When you go out of your way, in my mind, to protect someone … that’s a problem. And it doesn’t have to be her — it could be anyone. It would be a problem for me. Because you didn’t do that for me. … You never did that for me.”
On top of Kenya speaking on believing that production is helping Marlo out, she set her sights on discussing how they’re allegedly disregarding her business scenes.
“Group scenes, all kinds of scenes of mine, got conveniently cut out. Storylines of mine got cut out. But somehow an Angel with foster care scene turns up, and that makes the cut.”
She added, “I’m literally building a multi-million-dollar company before your eyes, and they are not showing the steps to do that.”
At one point, Carlos proclaimed that Kenya Moore is truly “the most unappreciated Housewife.”
“You will go down in history as the most unappreciated Housewife. You have given so much to that show.”
