Keisha Lance Bottoms & Other Black Women Pen Letter In Support Of Joe Biden

As previously reported by The Shade Room, Democrats and former celebrity supporters of Joe Biden have been requesting that he step aside. The President’s mental and physical fitness has become a hot topic throughout the presidential campaign. Furthermore, hope that he will beat Trump at the polls is wavering. However, some Black women feel differently and are lending their support. The signatories of the letter highlighted that they fully understand the issues the country will face if Trump is re-elected. The letter stated, “We must unify around our deep belief in our values and our ability to effectively engage voters…and win the ballot 2024.” Furthermore, they are aware of the power of Black female voters. The message continued, “When Black women vote in record numbers, democrats win the White House, U.S. Senate, US House, governorships…and other local races across the nation.”
