While Megan Thee Stallion has been fighting for her own justice over the past few weeks, she has been receiving lots of support from her fellow female artists, including her girl Kehlani.
Kehlani spoke out publicly, saying that she would be taking Tory Lanez off of the song they collaborated on for her album, and now she’s finding herself responding to fans making some interesting assumptions.
After Kehlani’s Instagram account unfollowed about 1,000 people, including Meg, fans took to Twitter to call her out, and she was not having it.
“I am unfollowing everyone and staring at zero, Instagram only lets you go a certain amount at a time. I am trying to get to zero to start over again. I only followed 2,300 people.”
She continued, saying: “The app I used deleted all my close people first; my siblings, my family, my closest friends. I don’t got 8 texts already like ‘what I do?'”
The criticism from people on social media did stop there, though. Some folks even pointed the finger at Megan saying that there had to be something fishy going on in her case versus Tory Lanez, which explains why Kehlani would unfollow her.
Kehlani says that’s not the case, and Meg even chimes in with a tweet of her own.
“People wish I was the ‘bad guy’ so bad it’s weird.”
Regardless, there doesn’t seem to be any beef between the two of them!
