Karrueche Tran recently revealed how another celebrity’s pain triggered her own. While doing an interview, the ‘Clawz’ star spoke on witnessing DaBaby and DaniLeigh’s public fall out a few weeks ago. Like many people, Karrueche described feeling disturbed and also revealed she reached out to DaniLeigh at the time.
“I felt it in my soul and in my body, like, when I saw the video, somebody was saying it’s just like, it made me wanna throw up,” Karrueche said.
The actress got candid on the topic while speaking on ‘The Angie Martinez Show.’ At about the 8:20 mark of the full interview, she told Angie Martinez it was hard to watch DaBaby and DaniLeigh’s exchanges.
As previously reported in mid-November, Dani and DaBaby became a trending topic for a series of lives and posts. The first wave of their altercation included a live video that showed a dispute between them with some vulgar language. DaBaby called the police on the first night their beef. Then, both parties posted on their independent Instagram Story. Afterwards, another round of Iive videos showed DaBaby denying Dani was ever his girlfriend. He went as far as calling her a “side b***h” on camera.
The topic came up while discussing the downs Karrueche herself has endured during public separations. She spoke on relating to the situation through embarrassment.
“Because I felt her pain and I felt her embarrassment. ‘Cause, it was public! And the things he was saying was disgusting,” Karrueche said with a disturbed scowl on her face.
At this point, Angie chimes in saying, “It was bad, yeah no, it was bad.”
As you may recall, Karrueche had her own negative public interaction with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown after their break-up. Given her strong reaction to Dani’s situation, Karrueche also extended a hand of support. Though, she’s unclear whether Dani has seen or accepted the her branch olive.
“I sent her a message, I don’t even know if she saw it or not but just to support. Like, ‘Yo, if you need anything, you need somebody to talk to or whatever, I’m here.’ I just—ugh. That just really triggered my trauma!”
