Alright Roommates…This may ruffle a few feathers but it is being reported by CBSNY that Karol Sanchez, the girl who got kidnapped while with her mother earlier, staged the whole thing.
According to the report, Karol confessed to staging the kidnapping when she “was brought to the 40th Precinct station house, where sources told CBS2 she staged the whole thing with four accomplices.”
Karol allegedly staged the kidnapping due to being unhappy at home. The unhappiness allegedly stemmed from her mother wanting to move their family back to Honduras, and Karol not wanting to leave.
Karol is alleged to know the 4 men, and her mother reportedly does not. In the ‘kidnapping” video, you can see four men grab Karol, force her in a vehicle, and push her mother to the ground.
Karol’s “abduction” caused an uproar on social media and a lot of people were relieved once she was “found,” unharmed.
