Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is going viral after saying that he’s “god” in a recent interview.
Earlier this week, Justin Laboy released the debut episode of his podcast, ‘The Download,’ which featured Ye as its first guest. During the conversation, Ye explained that he believes “we are not slaves” and ” we are the kingdom.”
From there, Ye added that he is “the head of the kingdom.”
“I am god. No one can suggest s**t to me, period.” Ye explained. “You can’t tell — my daughter can’t say s**t to me about Jesus. Imma just tell you some real simple s**t: God runs the world. I am God. I run the world.”
In response, Laboy laughed at Ye’s comment while the rapper stuck to his point.
“Let me make that very clear,” Ye added.
Before concluding on the topic, the rapper noticed that someone in the room was “uncomfortable.”
