Yeezy has done it again! Kanye West surprised fans today with two new songs on his SoundCloud page. With his highly anticipated album, SWISH, seemingly far from it’s release, Kanye has supplied fans with some new material for the wait.
The first song Say You Will, is a remix of the opening track on 808 & Heartbreak and the second, When I See It, is Yeezy’s own version of The Weeknd’s Tell Your Friends, which Ye produced himself. Caroline Shaw gives us some additional vocals on Say You Will, giving the track a different sound.
The songs don’t seem to be entirely finished but Kanye is known to drop songs in their rough state, as he admitted to doing with his previous single Fade. Moreover, it is unclear whether the two tracks will appear on SWISH.
Travis Scott shared both tracks to his Instagram with the caption “It starts.” Does this mean that Yeezy may be releasing some more material soon or is it just a tease? Either way Yeezy fans seem satisfied with these two new releases for now.
