#Roommates, Kanye West’s winning streak just won’t let up! Following his 10-year, billion dollar deal with Gap, his new single “Wash Us In The Blood” and announcing his potential presidential run—Kanye West is now adding to his property in Wyoming with a new 10-bedroom mansion on over 50,000 square feet.
@TMZ_TV reports, Kanye West recently received the official approval to begin construction on a new mansion on his lakeside Wyoming ranch. According to current building and zone permits filed by Ye, the new property features 10 bedrooms and sits on 52,000 square feet—and those permits finally got the green light so he can move forward.
Kanye reportedly plans to build a single-family residence for his family of six, which will be the primary residence for himself, wife Kim Kardashian West and their four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. The new mansion is also said to replace the set of lakeside cabins that are currently there.
However, as with all things Kanye, there is more in store. He also filed separate documents to get permission to build two underground garages estimated at 10,000 square feet each…and those permits were also approved. Additionally, Ye wants to build two new lake houses on top of those that are there right now.
You may also recall that he is still in the process of building his Yeezy housing structures for the homeless to be able to live in affordable housing, which has been a project he’s been working on for years after his initial structures were torn down by the city.
