Kanye West was captured on video seemingly throwing a photographer’s phone during an incident on his way to his daughter’s basketball game.
Kanye is seen telling the paps that he wants to see his kids without them photographing him. The pap responded, “you can’t go home and see them?” Ye was seemingly confused by this response, paused, and said, “it’s called human rights,” before driving off.
In a separate interaction, Ye asks a fan to stop “running up” on him—the fan seemingly doesn’t understand his request.
The woman can be heard in the video shouting “You’re a celebrity!” before Kanye grabbed the phone.
After throwing the phone, West walked away to a nearby SUV.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene at around 4:30 PM and was provided with video evidence of the incident.
Kanye Recently Confronted Paparazzi With New Wife, Bianca Censori
Kanye has made it clear on numerous occasions that he feels harassed by paparazzi, adding that the way the paps approach him is an invasion of his privacy and space. Kanye West was recently spotted out with his new “wife” Bianca Censori. And he has some words for a paparazzi that was filming and snapping some photos of the two.
Just stop!… Bro, just stop…
Ye explains to the paparazzi that their actions are “antagonistic.”
You [don’t] even know. You [guys] just jump up on people like this…
He then went on to explain that the first time he took medication was because of the paparazzi taking photos of him.
The first time I ever took medication — [was] because I got mad at paparazzi… the same one that shot Britney [Spears]… There has to be some kind of balance, some type of conversation.
