It looks Kandi Burruss and her hubby Todd Tucker may be ready to expand their family soon.
In a new interview with Us Weekly, Burruss revealed that she and her husband have talked about expanding their family, and they have decided to get a surrogate this time around.
She said, “We did find someone, and right now we are in the process — you know it hasn’t been done — but we’re in the process.”
Burruss further explained that she was “kind of scared to do it” and “nervous about it” in the beginning because she does not know anyone that has gone through the process.
“Like, I don’t have anybody who can tell me [about it]. When we were going through the IVF process, I did have a couple of friends who had done it, so, you know, I could talk to them, but this is a situation where I don’t have anybody I can talk to,” said Burruss.
Back in 2016 Burruss gave birth to her and Todd’s son Ace Wells Tucker. She revealed that she still has two embryos left, and they are both girls. “We have two embryos that are still left from when we had Ace. So, we have two embryos left and we know they’re girls.”
During the season premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Burruss mentioned the idea of adding another little one to the family. She also gave viewers a look at what it is like to balance her career while having a toddler.
