Kandi Burruss Speaks More On Her Exit From ‘RHOA’
On Monday, June 24, Streetz Atlanta uploaded footage of a recent interview featuring Burruss and her Xscape castmate, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, via YouTube. About 21 minutes into the interview, one of the show’s hosts posed a question for Burruss. Additionally, they asked if she was “glad” to have departed the show ahead of its current season.
“…Aren’t you glad that you aren’t there this season?” Mz Shyneka asked Burruss. “They pulling out guns… they threatening to shoot people — I don’t think that ever happened on the show before.”
In response, Burruss explained that she doesn’t miss being a part of the show too much right now. However, she explained that her former castmate, Cynthia Bailey, thinks she’ll begin to miss the show once the season airs.
“I don’t miss it so much now,” Burruss explained. “And realistically, I do see stuff, and I’m like, ‘Why they doing that?'”
Here’s What The Xscape Singer Thinks About Kenya Moore’s Suspension
As the conversation continued, Burruss explained that she didn’t “like the fact they suspended Kenya.”
“I know people was like, ‘She shouldn’t have shown that.’ But this is ‘Housewives.’ I mean, how many times we done did stuff that you think somebody shouldn’t do? So, who made the rules? Like, why y’all of a sudden got an issue with somebody doing something crazy to somebody?…”
Burruss went on to seemingly explain that Moore’s alleged actions toward fellow castmate Brittany Eady were justified since Eady “came at her” first.
“You don’t get to choose how she come back,” Burruss added.
Ultimately, the Xscape singer explained that she “wasn’t feeling” the final decision made regarding Moore.
“But we’ll see when it comes on TV,” the singer concluded.

Here’s Why Kenya Moore Was Suspended From The Reality Show
As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, Page Six published an exclusive report alleging Moore hosted a private event at her Kenya Moore Hair Spa on Thursday, June 6.
At the time, it was reported that Moore “shocked party attendees” by showing posters of Eady performing oral sex.
Subsequently, rumors began to fly that Eady learned about the incident and threatened Moore with a gun. However, Page Six dispelled those rumors by citing a source who attended the party and denied the occurrence.
At the time, the outlet added that footage of the event was captured by ‘RHOA’ cameras. However, it was unclear if the incident would be televised.
Lastly, the outlet noted fellow ‘RHOA’ Drew Sidora appeared to confirm the unexpected display at the event by taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, with a brief message on June 6.
“I’m flabbergasted and floored,” Sidora wrote at the time.

Then, on June 7, Eady appeared to confirm the alleged events at Moore’s party by accusing the ‘RHOA’ of taking part in revenge porn.

Ultimately, Moore denied Eady’s allegation and shared a final message on the matter via X on June 8.
“I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail. I have always been vindicated. I can’t talk about STORY even with people planting fake news…” the ‘RHOA’ star wrote.

However, on June 14, Entertainment Tonight published a report stating that the outlet had been informed of Moore’s indefinite suspension from the show.
“Kenya was suspended for allegedly depicting Brittany performing a sexual act at the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta, from images allegedly found online. The network is still reviewing the content Kenya displayed during filming,” the source reportedly told the outlet.
At this time, it remains unclear when and if Moore will return to production.
