Singer Justin Timberlake could end up behind bars for snapping a selfie in a Tennessee voting booth.
According to TMZ, Tennessee passed a law last year prohibiting voters from taking pictures inside the voting booths. Justin could end up spending 30 days behind bars and have to pay $50 which shouldn’t be a problem for him.
The case is currently under review but it probably won’t go far since an elected official from the elections board where Justin voted came to his defense and said he should be held accountable for his actions but not sent to jail for just trying to do what we’ve all been telling our friends to do… Get out and vote!
