Judge Throws Rick Ross’s Lawsuit Filed Against Group LMFAO!

Remember back in 2014 when Rick Ross sued the hip-hop electronic music group LMFAO for using the phrase “Everyday I’m Shufflin” in their hit song “Party Rock Anthem,” in which apparently sounded too close to the boss’s hit song “Hustlin?” Well now Ross is getting a rude awakening from the judge because his copyright documents for his hit song isn’t even legit enough to move forward with the case!

Once suing LMFAO, the boss himself believed that the “Everyday I’m Shufflin” lyrics was too close to his 2006 hit maker “Everyday I’m Hustlin,” and believed LMFAO were trying to reap the benefits of his success, as even the sound of the phrase “Everyday I’m Shuffling” sounded oddly similar to Ross’s voice.

Well it’s playing out a lot differently this time in court because once the judge carefully looked over Ross’s so-called proper copyrights to his song the judge got the last laugh on this one.

Ross filed three separate copyright applications, but they were all incomplete and erratic for the judge to even move forward with the case so he tossed it out completely!

Better luck next time boss!
