Looks like Judge Joe Brown is now sitting in the other side of the law as it has been reported that he has turned himself into jail this afternoon.
TMZ has learned that Brown is serving 5 days in jail in Memphis, TN for an incident that happened March 2014.
According to sources, Brown had picked up a case to represent someone in a child support case but when he arrived in court he was told that no such case had existed. For some reason he really struck a nerve because he went entirely off the deep end over it! He allegedly threw a big temper tantrum that landed him in contempt of court.
The case had been delayed for over a year after Brown repeated attempts to appeal the court’s decision saying that the magistrate had no legal power to reprimand him.
Well 5 days aren’t that bad hopefully he doesn’t run into any old case buddies!
