My man, my man, my man! One thing about JT, she rides for her bae Lil Uzi Vert—despite what the social media world may think about his fashion and beauty choices.
On Sunday (October 2), the City Girls rapper gathered people online who couldn’t seem to leave her name out of her man’s doings. She took to Twitter to explain that Uzi was himself before her and a star in his own right.
“Everytime MY n***a do something he want to do y’all act amazed, that’s BEEN his aesthetic before me,” JT wrote. “I guess this side more tuned in but let me tell y’all something he a Black rockstar that does what he wants.”
And JT isn’t wrong to say Uzi has a unique aesthetic! He’s been a trending topic for his outfits, gravity-defying hair, and the large, pink diamond he once implanted in his forehead.
But a viral photo of Uzi flexing his pierced belly button is what set off JT’s Twitter rant. In addition to making it clear that he’s his own person, JT spoke on how people connect fashion to sexuality.
“Y’all think the way ppl dress & how they express themselves is what defines them sexually and that’s y’all problem now because it’s men who out here masculine as hell dress apart & can’t wait to get from round y’all to suck d**k for Amaris and I mean NO disrespect,” she wrote.
Even though they’re a couple, JT feels they’re also individuals. And when it comes to her support, the Sauce It Up rapper has it.
“Uzi date me & we honestly have two different audiences. So nothing bother me more than when he doing what he want y’all tag me & say “THIS YOUR MAN.” Yes h*e that’s MY man. MY good man, MY rich man, MY respectful man, MY lit man, MY successful Black rockstar,” JT said.
And for anybody who thinks she’s putting up with Uzi’s aesthetics for some coins, the artist made it crystal that her wallet is also loaded!
“Last, last I have my own money,” JT tweeted. “STFU. I’m with him because I want to be. 🙂 He’s the best man ever better than alllll y’all n****s…let’s argue.”
