Joseline Hernandez has been sentenced after her explosive brawl with Big Lex last summer.
The Shade Room previously reported that the Zeus Network star got caught up in an intense brawl with her former co-star in June 2023.
Recounting Joseline’s Wild Night & Subsequent Sentence
The incident occurred backstage at the Floyd Mayweather and John Gotti III exhibition fight in Miami, with video footage of the beatdown later surfacing on social media.
Hernandez had created her own boxing match outside of the ring, and everybody in her way appeared to be her target, including law enforcement.
TMZ reports that she faced further accusations of hitting police after she allegedly attacked Lex.
The fiasco subsequently led to her arrest on a string of charges, including resisting an officer with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.
Per the publication, the reality star pleaded no contest to the charges, with a judge having decided to sentence her to two years probation.
But she’ll have to follow several strict court-ordered regulations during this time. This includes undergoing random drug tests as well as completing a 29-week online batterer’s intervention class.
The course specifically intends to help those who resort to violence when they find themselves in heated situations.
The terms of Hernandez’s plea deal further reveal that they prohibit her from contacting Lex or her family for the next two years.
And if fans were hoping to see Lex back on ‘Joseline’s Cabaret’ in the future, it would seem as if the chances of that happening are now slim to none.
Additionally, the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess must also write a letter apologizing to the deputies involved with her arrest.
Joseline Previously Addressed The Fight
Just weeks after the fight, Hernandez appeared on ‘The Breakfast Club’ to speak on the commotion that broke out at the Mayweather event.
The mother of one seemingly pushed blame on the press for highlighting the drama but failing to touch on what led to the brawl to begin with.
“The media only show you one thing. It looks like a lot of chaos,” she said. “But you may not know what happened before that chaos, like five seconds before or ten seconds before, and because it’s me, it’s always bigger than what it actually is.”
Hernandez did not disclose what transpired before the brutal beatdown. But when quizzed on her thoughts about Big Lexi, she interjected, saying she “don’t know that h**.
“I’m not crazy. I’m not gon ever do anything that truly in my heart don’t feel like I need to do and I’m going to take the consequences after.”
In another interview with TSR’s Thembi, Hernandez admitted that she may have gone “too far” on the night of her violent outburst.
“First of all, whoever that lady is, I don’t even know who she is — I could see that lady right now and right here, and I’ll be like, ‘Lady, I’m sorry. I don’t know who you are.’…I would be like, ‘I don’t know who that woman is.’ I was definitely scared… At the moment, it’s like, ‘Okay, I might’ve went too far’… [and] there’s a possibility that you could really get hurt when you go under that type of situation.”
