Joey Bada$$ appears to be officially confirming his romance with actor Serayah.

Joey Bada$$ Wished His ‘Love’ Serayah A Happy Birthday Amid Their Bae-cation
The Brooklyn-bred rapper took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a brief birthday message to actor Serayah.
“happy birthday my love
”
The 28-year-old wrote.
Additionally, he shared his words with a brief video of the pair’s tropical travels. The footage showed the pair holding hands and exchanging a sweet kiss.
Furthermore, Serayah responded to the rapper’s post with a few brief words.
“… Thankyou mi amor”

Disappointed social media users reacted to the rapper’s public display of affection for Serayah in his Instagram comments.
One user, @piscesjhene, wrote.

Joey Bada$$ And Serayah Previously Denied Their Romance
Joey Bada$$ and Serayah initially sparked dating rumors in February after the rapper shared a photo of the two on an apparent dinner date. The caption for the photo featured a black heart.
Shortly after, Serayah hopped in instructing live and instructed curious fans to “simmer down” with their ideas that the two were dating.
However, the following day, Serayah then added more fuel to the dating speculation by sharing another cozy photo of the two.
Despite this, fans were then thrown for another loop after the rapper released a music video featuring the actor.
Additionally, the rapper then went on to deny the romance completely during an interview with Complex. He further explained the photos of the two were in assistance of his aforementioned music video.
“We’re not [together]… it wasn’t anything that was anticipated at first, but when we got back all the assets, like the photos, you know, I started to kind of like, ‘Oh, there’s something that could be done with these. This could tell the story.’ So that’s kinda what I wanted to do. I knew it was gonna catch people by surprise a little bit.”

Despite his denial of their relationship, the rapper remained candid in describing how they met during an interview with XoNecole.
“Serayah and I… We have some mutual friends. I think we found ourselves at a few, like, at the same events. And we just became really cool, you know? We got a pretty cool friendship, and I think she’s gorgeous. I think she’s talented…”
