Joe Biden dove into his joke bag at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner on Saturday (April 27).
Business Insider reports that the President quipped about age, Trump’s beef with Mike Pence, and his relationship with Stormy Daniels.

Joe’s Comical Speech
The event is annual and known as D.C.’s “nerd prom.” Additionally, hundreds of politicians, journalists, and celebs attend. Furthermore, it gives the president an opportunity to shade individuals. Biden mainly threw comical shots at Donnie throughout his speech.
The 81-year-old acknowledged that there has been much discussion about whether he and his opponent for the 2024 Presidential election were too old to run. As a result, some assert an age limit should be implemented. Trump is 77 years old.
“Yes, age is an issue,” he stated. “I’m a grown man…. running against a six-year-old,” Biden said.
Additionally, the president teased Trump for no longer being cool with his former vice president, Mike Pence. His former righthand opposed Donald’s stance on the 2020 election result. In March, Pence refused to endorse Donnie, per the AP.
Biden said, “Donald has had a few tough days lately. You might call it Stormy weather,” he quipped.
In addition, The Prez spoke about stops he’s made as he campaigned for president. He joked that “he’s always done well in the original 13 colonies.”
He continued, “And speaking of history, did you hear what Donald Trump just said about the major Civil War battle? ‘Gettysburg,’ wow,” Joe said, mocking the Republican nominee. “Trump’s speech was so embarrassing the statue of Robert E. Lee surrendered again,” Joe joked.
The audience subsequently responded with laughter. Biden also joined in with a chuckle.
Trump’s Response
Donald didn’t sit by quietly. He responded to the jabs Joe threw on his social media platform, Truth Social. He wrote, “The White House Correspondents’ Dinner was really bad. Colin Jost BOMBED, and Crooked Joe was an absolute disaster!” Trump added, “Doesn’t get much worse than this!”
