Earlier this week we broke the story that former NFL football star Joe McKnight was shot and killed in New Orleans during a road rage dispute. The shooter, Ronald Gasser, was released Friday without being charged even after admitting to police that he shot him 3 times.
According to TMZ, new information has many people wondering how did he walk away with out being charged. Ronald had a similar road rage incident back in 2006 on the same street corner where he killed Joe. Apparently Ronald was driving crazy and another driver decided to call the number on the back of Ronald’s car for unsafe driving. The number ended up being fake and the two ended up getting into it and he punched the driver repeatedly.
He ended up getting hit with a battery charge but it was later dismissed.
