It looks like David Otunga has won a victory in his custody battle with Jennifer Hudson when it comes to their 8-year-old son.
According to TMZ, Hudson and Otunga were in court on Tuesday as David presented his case to spend the holiday with their son David Jr.
The site reports that the new order will allow David Jr. to be with his father from Thanksgiving Day at 3pm until 7pm the following day.
During the news of Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga’s split, it was reported that Hudson got an order of protection claiming that she was afraid that Otunga would hurt her and their son.
There is reportedly a hearing set for Monday where Otunga will ask the judge to cancel that order of protection. Otunga will also reportedly ask the judge to give him temporary custody of their son David Jr., as he claims to be his primary caregiver.
He also wants possession of the residence for two weeks while Jennifer is traveling between November 26th and December 8th.
Roommates, what are your thoughts?
