Roommates, Jennifer Aniston hit the polls early and she had a message for all of her fans about the importance of voting. While revealing that she put Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on her ballot, she warns against doing the same for our beloved Kanye West.
“I urge you to really consider who is going to be most affected by this election if we stay on the track we’re on right now,” Aniston says. “Your daughters, the LGBTQ+ community, our Black brothers and sisters, the elderly with health conditions, and your future kids and grandkids (who will be tasked with saving a planet that our leadership refuses to believe is hurting.)”
As for Ye, Jennifer says it would be irresponsible to write him in on the ballot, and asks voters to take the election seriously.
“PS – It’s not funny to vote for Kanye. I don’t know how else to say it. Please be responsible.”
Kanye took to Twitter recently seeming pretty excited about seeing his name on the ballot in some states, and even urges his fans to write his name in for president. He also posted an informational video, which gives the step by step process on how to write his name in.
Other celebrities have spoken out in disapproval of Ye’s name being on the ballot, including Sheryl Lee Ralph, who said she almost threw up when she went to vote early.
