Congratulations are in order for Deiondra Sanders! The 31-year-old just revealed that she’s expecting a bundle of joy.
On Friday, March 8, Sanders took to Instagram to share a video with fans. In the clip, Sanders is told during what appears to be a doctor’s visit that due to her experience with fibroids, it would be difficult for her to conceive a child.
Additionally, the medical professional informed Sanders that if she were able to conceive a baby, her pregnancy would be high-risk.
In the caption of the clip, Sanders shared a lengthy message.
“I never thought I’d be here but here we are,” she wrote. “I know a lot has transpired over the last month but what hasn’t happened is me being able to tell my own truth myself! So here it is…”
Sanders explained that she did not plan or expect her pregnancy. However, “this is still something God allowed to happen.”
The 31-year-old, who is currently dating Jacquees, explained that she isn’t having a baby “to keep a man.”
“I am having my baby for all the times I was told I wouldn’t be able to. I’m having my baby for the 4 myomectomy surgeries I have had,” she wrote. “I am having my baby for all the years I stayed on birth control even though it gave me breast tumors. I’m having my baby for all the Doctors that told me I wouldn’t make it out the first trimester. I’m having a baby for the 7 current fibroids that surrounds my uterus to this day. I’m having a baby for all the high risk moms that was scared everyday thinking they would miscarry… I’m having this baby to give hope to all the other women that may be in my situation. No matter what Doctor’s say, GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY!”
Many messages of congratulations began to pour in under the comment section of Sanders’ Instagram post. One included words from her boyfriend, Jacquees.
The message appeared to confirm that he and Sanders are expecting the child together. Furthermore, Jacquees has also re-posted Sanders’ pregnancy announcement on his Instagram Story with infinity, heart, and baby emojis.
“I love you and I got you. BLESSINGS OTW 🙏🏾❤️ THANK YOU JESUSSSS 💯❤️,” he wrote.
“My definition of real LOVE 🙏🏾♾️❤️”
“God is great,” he added.
The “circumstances” that Instagram users appear to be referring to were recently reported by The Shade Room. In February, Dreezy went viral after sharing alleged text messages of Jacquees romantically pursuing her.
At the time, Dreezy also appeared to air out Sanders’ pregnancy.
“Obsessed is y’all having a baby on the way but the n***a begging to get me pregnant cus he barely fwu bird brain,” she reportedly wrote in a deleted post. “TF I turn yo n***a down EVERYDAY for yu. And this is the thanks I get around this mf”
From there, Dreezy posted alleged texts from Jacquees, where he seemingly downplayed his relationship and pregnancy with Dreezy.
“Sex does NOT define LOVE. And if you tryna find love in SEX you finna f**k everybody. Kids do not define a FAMILY. I WANT YOU DREEZY,” the singer allegedly wrote. “I’VE TOLD YOU TIME AFTER TIME CAN We HAVE A BABY U TOLD ME OUT YOUR MOUTH JACQUEES DON’T EVER ASK ME [about] A BABY AGAIN SO LIKE WTF.”
A few days later, Dreezy even followed up by dropping a spicy comment under a photo of the couple.
Despite Dreezy’s public airing out of Sanders’ and Jacquees’ relationship, the pair appeared to keep going strong.
