More Details On The Florida Mom’s Arrest & Subsequent Charge
According to Fox 35 Orlando, the 40-year-old mother was arrested on Friday, July 26. Furthermore, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office notes that Goszczynski was booked into custody around 7:45 p.m.
The mother’s booking record indicates that she has been charged with felony child abuse and was initially held on a $25,000 bond.
Goszczynski was reportedly released from custody with a surety bond on Sunday, July 28.
Here’s What Jaclyn Goszczynski Allegedly Did To Her Daughter
The outlet reports that the abuse incident occurred on Saturday, July 20. According to an arrest affidavit, Goszczynski was reportedly hanging pictures with her three children. To note, the outlet did not disclose where. At one point, she approached her 12-year-old daughter and asked, “Have you ever been screwed in the a**?”
Goszczynski then allegedly placed an electric screwdriver on her daughter’s left buttocks and “pressed down on the trigger.”
“The screw was stuck in the victim’s buttock cheek until she took it out,” the affidavit reportedly reads.
According to the outlet, the incident left a “visible mark” on the girl’s behind.
Another Florida Mom Was Recently Charged With Child Abuse
Goszczynski isn’t the only mother in Florida to find herself behind bars amid accusations of child abuse or neglect. As The Shade Room previously reported, last week, 21-year-old Josefina Lopez was arrested and taken into custody.
Lopez reportedly crashed her Jeep vehicle at an intersection, allegedly leaving it flipped over in a ditch. Furthermore, when authorities arrived at the scene, they found the mother on the sidewalk while her child was still in the backseat of the car.
