Ice Spice has addressed speculation of her using Ozempic while speaking about her recent weight loss.
According to Page Six, Spice hopped on X Spaces on Monday, August 19. During her time on the audio space, the rapper told fans that she actually came on to address one thing in particular.
“I actually came on here to talk about that real quick,” Spice told fans.
Moment’s earlier, a fan told Spice, “You look so good, your body is so tea,” referring to her physique in her latest Instagram post.
At that point, Spice shared her initial reactions to comments about her body.
“…I was like, b***h, I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic. That’s one thing I wish,” she said. “…Oh my God! Like what even is Ozempic? What the f**k is that? Genuinely, what is that?”
From there, Spice called out those who “have never heard of a gym.”
“Like, you lazy b*****s never heard of a gym?” she questioned.
Fans continued to remarked on how “good,” the rapper currently looks. In turn, she replied, “It’s called the gym, it’s called eating healthy, it’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell?”

According to the outlet, rumors began to swirl that Spice may have been taking Ozempic amid her recent posts on social media. Now that Spice has addressed the speculation, social media users have weighed in in The Shade Room’s comment section.
While Instagram user @imkentravion added, “Yall learned the word ozempic and swear everybody on it 😂😂”
Ice Spice isn’t the only celebrity to address Ozempic speculation while speaking about their weight loss. As The Shade Room previously reported, Kylie Jenner recently sat down with British Vogue in an interview published last week.
During the conversation, Jenner revealed that weighed 200 pounds when she gave birth to her daughter Stormi in 2018 and her son Aire in 2021.
To slim back down both times, Jenner explained that she dedicated herself to working out. However, instead of getting the proper credit for that, she believes that public thinks she’s been on “drugs or something.”
