Ex-FBI Director James Comey will start the next chapter of his life post White House scandal at Howard University y’all! If you remember, Comey is most known for spilling all kinds of tea about President Trump during a congressional hearing and testifying that Donnie directed him to drop an investigation of ex-national security advisor Michael Flynn’s contact with Russia.
Now that the drama has been put to rest, it looks like Comey will not only teach a series of lectures at Howard, but was also named an endowed chair in public policy for the 2017-2018 school year, according to USA Today.
Along with his new position, Comey has also agreed to donate his $100K annual salary to a university scholarship for students who came from foster care.
In regard to the position, Comey said “I look forward to contributing to this remarkable institution and engaging students and faculty alike.” He continued, “Howard has a longstanding history of being a vibrant academic community and the perfect place to have rich dialogue on many of the most pressing issues we face today.”
Congrats to Comey & his new gig!
