These kids today are too smart for their own good, #Roomies. Take 5-year-old Alijah for example who ordered dozens of toys using his grandma’s Kindle.
Maria Celestine of #Gibsonton, Florida, told @WFLA she came back from vacation recently to stacks of boxes at her front door. She said there were about 25 boxes and several more were delivered for about five days.
Alijah’s shopping spree cost his grandmother $960! She said he mostly bought ninja figurines and toy swords.
Celestine said she thought she had the right parental controls in place so that something like this wouldn’t happen. In addition to returning the toys, she also returned the Kindle to stop it from happening again.
