North West recently hopped on a viral trend that involves parents being styled to look like their children, except she opted to dress up her younger sister instead!
North took to TikTok on Wednesday to share her upload, which was captioned, “Turning my sister to me.”
The TikTok opens by showing Chicago donning a Batgirl costume—featuring a mask, cape, and tutu—before briefly disappearing. She then emerges wearing her North-inspired lewk, which is comprised of a Lurking Class graphic tee along with sunglasses, shorts, slides, and a cross-body bag.
The video, which is accompanied by the audio to “I Wish” by Skee-Lo, ends with Chicago cutting’ up in her new outfit.
North’s upload served as a revamped version of an ongoing TikTok trend that’s centered moms being dressed up in clothes that their children enjoy wearing. The trend just recently kicked off, and plenty of people are jumping on board. Check out some moms’ transformations down below.
Twitter users also notably cheered the trend on, as they were glad to see so many women having fun and EATING in their new outfits.
While on the subject of social media content that involves people’s parents, another style of video recently took off online, though it was less wholesome than the “Turning my mom into me” trend.
Earlier this month, various users began sharing videos showing family members’ reactions to beloved celebrities erroneously being pronounced dead.
The conversation has also spawned some humorous memes and hypothetical scenarios.
