We don’t know if Hillary Clinton is just trying to score votes in the black community or just plain balling out but word on the street is she dropped a couple bands at Jay Z’s 40/40 Club recently! And when we say couple bands we mean a cool $15,000!!
According to Complex Magazine, Clinton attended Jay-Z’s hot spot in New York city yesterday to celebrate for raising the most money out of all presidential candidates which was totaled at $33 million in fundraising!
She reportedly spent her 15 stacks at the lounge ordering drinks, food and catering! Dang where was our invite!
Anyways,Clinton seems as though she is taking a big liking to the HipHop culture as she even told BuzzFeed in an recent interview that there might be a place for Kanye West, who also reportedly donated the most to her campaign, in her office! However, she also says he needs to know there may be some future competition.
“I might want to give [Kanye] some additional experience so he’s got, on all the other things he’s done on his resume, he’s got some kind of envoy role or something he could point to,”Clinton noted. But, “I’ve told Kanye that I think he might want to wait. Cause I’ll be running for reelection.”
West isn’t too far off on his ability to start racking up votes either from the likes of politicians, especially since he had President Barack Obama in attendance at his DNC Fundraiser performance in San Fransisco!
