Gypsy Rose has confirmed that she and her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker, are back together amid her divorce from Ryan Anderson.
TMZ reports that the outlet received an exclusive photo of Rose and Ken Urker locking lips at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival this past weekend. The outlet published the photo on Tuesday, April 30.
According to the outlet, Rose shared an exclusive statement about her rekindled romance with Urker.
“After reconnecting earlier this month, we realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable, and life is too short to not take a chance,” she explained. “We have a history that made for the perfect foundation for a new beginning. We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship. We know it is going to be a long road ahead, but [we] are excited for the future.”
Rose’s statement arrives after reports were published earlier this week regarding her and Urker’s time at the New Orleans festival. According to PEOPLE, the couple were photographed holding hands at the recent festival.
In another photo, Rose and Urker are seen cozying up to one another.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Rose revealed her separation from her husband, Ryan Anderson, on March 28. At the time, she issued a statement via Facebook and explained that she was listening to her heart.
Additionally, she shared that she needed time to “find” herself.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she wrote. “Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou. I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am.”
Then, in early April, Rose was spotted out in Louisiana with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker. According to TMZ, the pair met through a prison pen pal program and got engaged in April 2019. Their engagement, however, was eventually called off.
Furthermore, when Rose was recently spotted with Urker, photos surfaced showing that the pair got matching tattoos.
Later that month, Rose’s estranged husband broke his silence on their separation, per The Shade Room. Anderson revealed he wasn’t doing well and “had no idea” that Rose had “strong feelings” for her ex-fiancé.
Then, on April 8, Rose officially filed for divorce from Anderson, per The Shade Room.
Most recently, more details about her divorce filing and request for a restraining order against Anderson have been made public.
