You know you’re a hustler when you’re making thousands off of mailing potatoes.
Sometimes a regular 9-5 just won’t cut it and you have to turn to Potatoes. This stands true for Alex Craig, the 24-year-old who launched Potato Parcel, a website that ships inscribed Russet potatoes.
It’s kind of like a candy gram — but on a potato.
Alex Craig, an alum of University of North Texas, has averaged $10K a month since he launched Potato Parcel back in May; which averages out to more than 3,000 spuds in just four months.
How it works is simple! You just go on the website, pick your size (medium or large) and you get up to 140 characters to anonymously write the person on the other end a message. Potato Parcel ships it and BAM! You’ve sent your very first potato-message.
