Gilbert Arenas may soon lose custody of his four children, all because of a 15 second video that shows his 8 year old son, Elijah, holding on on for dear life on the hood of his dad’s moving Polaris Slingshot, which was going at about 15 mph.
Elijah’s mom, Laura Govan, wasn’t happy at all when she saw the video and thinks that Gilbert is a reckless parent for doing something like that.
According to TMZ, Gilbert received an email from Laura’s attorneys saying that they were going to try their best to take custody away from him.
Laura currently has physical custody of the children but apparently she’s going to go to court and ask the judge to reduce Gilbert’s visitation privileges. She’s also going to ask the judge to implement a safeguard policy so the kids aren’t put in any more dangerous situations.
According to a TMZ source, “This is just the straw that broke the camel’s back. He’s done many other things.”
