Earlier this week, French Montana was caught going off on his security guards while on the streets on New York City.
At the time, it was reported that a man allegedly tried to attack French and crew form behind. However, French reportedly didn’t get touched but the man did make contact with someone in French Montana’s crew and that allegedly set off a full-on brawl.
Now French is setting the record straight on what really happened, and what led to what we all saw on the video.
French made a visit to Angie Martinez on New York’s Power 105.1, and when she asked what happened, he said, “We had went to the strip club, and my boys just started arguing. The next thing, I turn around they started fighting.”
He continued to say, “My security is in the car sleep, I don’t blame him though,” as he explained why he was seen yelling at his security. “I shouldn’t be the one breaking up a fight,” said French. Ironically one of his friends that were involved in the fight was in the room during the interview.
As we previously mentioned, officers with the NYPD showed up to the scene after they received a call about a physical fight. However, by the time they arrived, everyone involved in the incident was gone.
