Roommates, do you guys remember when #MelaniaTrump gave #MichelleObama a gift during last year’s Inauguration Day? It was a blue Tiffany’s box and at the end of the exchange, OUR FLOTUS was snapped by a photographer which spawned one of the most epic memes in history.
After all of the laughs have settled, Michelle has finally revealed what was in the box, but first explained what was going through her mind when Melania gave it to her. She wasn’t really expecting a gift at all, so she genuinely didn’t know what to do with it—and her face definitely showed it!
She told Ellen, “Never before do you get this gift, so I’m sort of like, ‘OK. What am I supposed to do with this gift?’” Obama explained. So, what exactly was in it? Our First Lady said it was a “lovely frame.” At least it was from Tiffany’s!
