Pinkydoll‘s skin tone has been a hot topic on social media after the TikToker hit the red carpet for the 2023 Streamy Awards. TMZ caught up with the viral content creator at the Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday (Aug. 29).
And Pinkydoll, real name Fedha Sinon, denied online accusations of “light-skin fishing”-someone presenting themselves with a faux lighter complexion. She also clarified that she is, in fact, a Black woman.
“Well you know when I go to the sun, I can get a lil darker, but you know, it’s life. What can I do? And I love to be a Black woman, f**k you mean,” Pinkydoll said.
But, the Pinkydoll added that the light-skin fishing comments are “just hate.”
On Sunday, the NPC influencer stunned in an icy blue, patterned bodysuit completed with gloved hands and a matching skirt. She paired the look with strappy heels and a half-up-half-down hairstyle. But her deep brown skin tone seemed to be the standout of her look among fans.

Pinkydoll Presents ‘Streamer Of The Year Award,’ Social Media Reacts
However, her appearance on the award ceremony’s red carpet and stage showed a more melanated Pinkydoll. The “ice cream so good” creator was at Sunday’s (Aug. 27) ceremony to present the Streamer of The Year award.
And the 27-year-old did just that — giving her NPC a moment on stage. She said some of her trendy catchphrases, including “yes yes” and “ice cream so good,” and reenacted her famed hand movements. Ultimately, Kai Cenat won the award.
Pinkydoll’s TikTok follower count sits at 1.1 million with over 6.1 million likes — after several weeks of mass popularity for her quirky videos and over a year since first creating her account.
According to a report from Business Insider, Pinkydoll spends about six hours hosting NPC livestreams. Viewers can send the creator stickers that cost anywhere from a penny to several dollars. She told the outlet the streams earn her the most income amid her video-based content.
Speaking to TMZ on Tuesday, Pinkydoll says she plans to be around “forever” on the NPC block. She plans to drop another track to follow her FashionNova collab “Ice Cream So Good.”
As far as any “copycats,” Pinkydoll hinted there’s enough shine for all.
“It’s actually great. I love it to see people like get the money, get the bag. Do what you got to do. I’m happy for you…I’m gon stay here forever.”
Though she didn’t get into the specifics, she revealed she makes about $2,000-$3,000 per livestream session.
